Hello, I am Mrs. Winters and I am the librarian at Ringgold Elementary School. I received my masters degree in Information Sciences from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and my Ed.S as a Reading Specialist from Arkansas State University. The library is a community space that should promote reading enjoyment, knowledge exploration, and connections to the real world. I have a special love of incorporating STEAM activities that are connected to texts when possible. I look forward to serving our Ringgold Elementary community!
